Shipping policies
For purchases from $30,000 Chilean pesos through the website, the dispatch will be free to all of continental Chile.
For shipments to other countries, an additional charge will be made.
For purchases under $30,000, the fixed delivery charge will be $3,990.
Once the purchase is made, including the shipping costs and the dispatch address, the selected product(s) will be sent.
Shipments will be made by Chilexpress to all of Chile, and occasionally and when the amount of sales is very high, I will have the support of a local dispatch company within Santiago.
You can request your dispatch to your home or to your local Chilexpress office, where it best suits you.
Shipments are made one business day after your purchase (in exceptional cases it may be two business days after your purchase), and you will receive the next day.
That is, you will be receiving your purchase two to three business days after the time of purchase.
It will be the responsibility of the client to correctly deliver the data for the shipping of the purchased products.
Proceso:
Llena el formulario, describiendo tu idea, adjuntando imágenes referenciales si es que tienes, y señalando qué tamaño te gustaría la obra. Si no sabes qué tamaño, puedo ayudarte, no hay problema.

Me contactaré contigo en cuanto reciba tu solicitud y puliremos detalles.
El tiempo de realización de una obra varía entre 3 a 6 semanas, dependiendo principalmente del tamaño de la obra. Yo te lo indicaré exactamente según las características de tu pintura.
Luego de pulir los detalles, se debe realizar un abono del 50% de valor de la obra.
Este pago se puede realizar mediante transferencia electrónica o con tarjetas bancarias mediante un botón de pago que te enviaré a tu email.
Transcurrido el tiempo estimado de realización de la obra, te enviaré fotos y una vez que tú estés 100% feliz con el resultado, se hace el pago del 50% restante y se hace entrega de la obra. Este pago se realiza también mediante transferencia o botón de pago.
Una vez que la obra está lista y está pagada, comienzo a prepararla para despacho.
La protejo muy bien y cuido cada detalle.
Los envíos se realizarán por Correos de Chile a todo Chile, y el despacho será gratis a todo Chile continental.
Los despachos internacionales se realizarán a través de FedEx, con un pequeño cobro por el envío, y la entrega es en máximo 1 semana a contar del momento de la compra, siempre que la contingencia internacional lo permita.
Las obras se envían muy bien protegidas, y siempre han llegado en perfecto estado a destino.
